Freddie Carabott
1924 - 2011
A sad day today finding out about the death of another master of his craft. Freddie Carabott, lived and worked in Greece being a member of K&K (Freddie Carabott, Michalis & Agni Katzourakis).
He inspired us all and will continue doing so for the generations to come.
The Gridnik.
(for my greek speaking friends, there is an article I posted here. Have a look).
Steve Jobs.

To begin with, black has class. It’s the best color. There is no other color that is better than black. There are many others that are appropriate and happy, but those colors belong on flowers. Black is a color that is man-made. It is really a projection of the brain. It is a mind color. It is intangible. It is practical. It works 24 hours a day. In the morning or afternoon, you can dress in tweed, but in the evening, you look like a professor who escaped from college. Everything else has connotations that are different, but black is good for everything. My house is covered in black. This sofa’s black. The chair is black.

I think I have written about Phresh.gr some time ago in this blog. The idea started as an inspiration blog of four (1, 2, 3, 4) greek creatives and soon a fifth one joined in and a sixth one too!
Here are some words from Phresh itself!
Every day we’re forced to see thousands of images -still or moving- without having the right to choose with aesthetic or even basic eye-pleasing criteria. We resist by being selctive!
Phresh.gr is comprised of 5 individuals with an eye for the visually interesting content, presenting the creme -de-la-creme of imagery found all over the web. To cut the long story short, Phresh.gr is sharing it’s inspiration forces with the world. How Generous is that?
Why not visiting the site yourself?
Sure, you will find lots of inspirational works, images, photographs and videos. Phresh is here to stay!
Visit the portfolio website of Giorgos Maraziotis and see some fantastic illustrations, paintings and photography.
Wish him good luck for his exhibition in Prague.
